   • The GPS device comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
   • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized tampering, or installation by an unauthorized technician.
   • Regular maintenance checks are recommended to ensure optimal performance.

   • All data collected by the GPS device is confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of fleet management.

8. Termination:

9. Jurisdiction:

   • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad.
